With Interval, Tesa solidifies its unique position within the European instrumental post-rock and heavy music scene.

Unimpressed by trends or genre boundaries, the band focuses on reduction, precision, and an intense exploration of sound, space, and silence.

Interval is the soundtrack to the film TESA MAN - A Music Film (opening film of the Riga International Film Festival 2024).

The album consists of four extended compositions. Heavy riffs, dense rhythms, and atmospheric textures meet moments of restraint and silence.

The effect is created not by constant escalation, but by controlled intensity and deliberately placed dynamics - every note is precisely placed, every pause an integral part of the whole.

Two decades after its formation, the band continues to consciously move beyond short-lived trends and expectations, developing a sound language based on tension, dynamics, and patience.
